Terms of service
Dear client, please take your time reading
and understanding the T.O.S before commissioning the Artist.By commissioning the Artist, you've agreed to the T.O.S and Refund policy.I accept commission requests through the Contact form.Do not use the commission as any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency or future inventions in the space purposes.
general terms
I will only accept +18 and legally able to commit to an agreement or has a legal guardian to make this agreement on their behalf.Do not ask for a commission unless you have the necessary funds.I warrants that I will not copy or heavily reference unauthorised materials.I reserves the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other reasons.Client must provide neat references. Not a wall of text.
Payment
All transaction will be made through PayPal with and invoice.Prices are all in USD.Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot. If your commission is accepted, I will send you the invoice.Commissions must be paid 100% upfront, however an initial payment of 50% can be agreed upon.Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.Once Work has begun or payments have been made, the Client acknowledges Work and deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.Client agrees that they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed.
refunds
Refunds are only available before sketching phase begins.Client will not receive a 100% refund because of PayPal fees instead client will receive a 90% refund.If I'm unable to complete the commission, the client will receive a full refund.No refunds are possible after work begins unless initiated by the Artist and except for circumstances due to unforeseen reason.If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
revisions
Client have 2 free minor revisions.
The revisions can be used on sketching phase only. Any major revision will cost client an extra fees(depending on how big it is).
Commission process
Sketching will start once client payment is accepted by the Artist.Revision phase is available during the sketching period where client can communicate changes with the Artist.Lineart & rendering will start after the sketches approved by the client.After everything is completed, I will provide a google drive link with the JPEG/PNG files of the final artwork.
